At Buy Doberman Pinscher, our goal is to match every customer with a healthy, happy puppy. While we take every precaution to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that certain situations may arise. Please review our refund policy below.

Health Guarantee & Refunds

All our Doberman puppies come with a health guarantee. If a licensed veterinarian finds a life-threatening genetic or congenital health issue within the first 72 hours of receiving your puppy, you may be eligible for:

• A full refund, OR

• A replacement puppy (based on availability), OR

• Reimbursement for reasonable veterinary treatment (as determined on a case-by-case basis)

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide written documentation from a licensed vet within the 72-hour window.

• The puppy must not have been injured, mistreated, or exposed to harmful conditions after delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

• You change your mind or can no longer care for the puppy.

• You fail to provide a safe environment or pickup the puppy as agreed.

• You did not follow our care instructions, leading to illness or injury.

• The puppy develops a condition after the 72-hour health window not covered by our guarantee.

Cancellations

If you cancel your purchase before delivery has been arranged, we may offer a partial refund, less a non-refundable deposit or administrative fee. Once the puppy is in transit, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted.

Returns

We do not accept returns of puppies unless agreed upon in advance under special circumstances. If you are unable to care for your dog, we encourage you to contact us—we will do our best to assist with rehoming options.
